Interesting choices. CatC has been on my list for a while but it looks like I'll have to add a couple others. I'm sure you're not at a loss for things to read, but check out Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde if you get a chance. I think you would like it.
How similar/different to Lost in a Good Book is it?
This is my first Fforde so I can't really say first-hand, but I understand it's quite a bit different from any of his other books.
